Accepted Forms of Insurance
When it comes to dental insurance, we work with all Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans and
support the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU). However, we do not accept HMOs,
Medi-Cal, or Denti-Cal.
Each insurance provider has its own fee schedule and terms and conditions, which affects what they
choose to cover. Our Anaheim dentist team works closely with your insurance provider to provide you
with an accurate estimate of what your insurance will pay and what you will be responsible for.

Co-pays and Financing Options
Insurance companies usually do not cover 100% of the dental costs, and there is often an annual
maximum, which can be easy to exceed especially in case of unexpected emergencies.

some families. That's why we offer a variety of payment options to make it easier for you. We accept
major credit and debit cards, cash, and checks. In addition, we also work with outside financing
